DAY 1: Cesarea / Megiddo / Acre Monday / Departure: Tel Aviv / Overnight: Kibbutz Lavi
This three day tour starts with a day indulging your archaeological appetite.The tour departs from Tel Aviv and driving along the coastal plain to Caesarea, which at the time of the Roman Empire,stood asthe capital of Judea. Here you will be able to visit the excavations of the ancient city,the Roman theatre and the aqueducts. 
 
Proceed to Muhraka, the site of confrontation between Elijah and the prophets of Baal; enjoy the spectacular view of the Jezreel Valley and the lower Galilee

From there you will journey to Megiddo, said to be the site of Armageddon,where once again you will be able to explore the fabulous archaeological excavations including the well-preserved water supply system.

From Megiddo you will journey to Mt.Carmel for a panoramic view of Haifa, the Bahai gardens and Haifa bay .From Haifa the tour will continue to the ancientport town of Acre (Akko) to visit the ancient city and harbor. 

Continue to Kibbutz Lavi for an overnight stay. 
DAY 2: Tiberias / Capernaum / Mount of Beatitudes Tuesday / Overnight: Kibbutz Lavi
Day two starts with a short tour of Tiberias, we take a boat ride on the sea of Galilee; Visit Yigal Alon museum where the "Jesus boat", an ancient fishing boat from the 1st century, is displayed.

Continue to Capernaum. Visit the remains of the 2nd-century synagogue. Proceed to Tabgha, the site of the miracle of fish and loaves. Following this, you will venture to the Church of Multiplication where you can marvel at its 4th-century mosaic floor. The tour will then continue onto Mount of Beatitudes, which is said to be the spot where Jesus delivered his sermon on the Mount. 

The final stop of the day is to the beautiful Banias Springs and waterfalls .Here you can swim in the clear natural-pools,or stand under one of the many waterfalls. 

Finally drive through the Golan Heights before you return to Kibbutz Lavi for your second overnight stay. 
DAY 3: Nazareth / Beit Shean / Jordan River Wednesday / Tour ends in Jerusalem
The final day of your three day tour takes you first to Nazareth via Cana of Galilee. While in Cana you will visit the Wedding Church, where Jesus performed his first miracle turning water into wine. Whilst in Nazareth you will visit the Church of Annunciation, St.Joseph’s workshop and Mary’s Well

From here your next stop will be Yardenit, the baptismal site on the Jordan river. The tour ventures onto the ancient city of Beit Shean, which has been recently excavated. Here you will be stunned by the sheer scale of it all as well as the painstaking detail with which the artifacts have been excavated. 

Finally, the tour will drive alongside the Jordan River to Jerusalem

For pick up from Jerusalem Monday OR drop off in Tel-Aviv Wednesday, additional charges will apply for transfers:
