This two-day tour is perfect for visitors are coming to Jerusalem from another part of the country and want to do some intensive Jerusalem sightseeing for a couple of days.
You'll start your sight-packed two-day tour with a breathtaking
panoramic view of Jerusalem, followed by a walking tour of the Old City of Jerusalem. See its four quarters -
Jewish, Christian, Muslim and Armenian, the Mount of Olives, the
Via Dolorosa, Al-Aqsa Mosque, the
Western (Wailing) Wall, and the
Church of the Holy Sepulchre.
After a break for lunch (either bring your own or buy lunch at one of the many restaurants in the area) you will visit the Yad Vashem Holocaust museum before your transfer to your hotel which will be at least a three-star hotel located in Jerusalem.
Please note: On Saturdays and Jewish Holidays Yad Vashem is closed, and an alternative site will be included in the itinerary.
On the second day, escape the big city bustle, and relax your spirit at the Dead Sea. You may have been to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, but we guarantee you've never experienced the sensation of floating in the Dead Sea, where the natural salinity of the water makes it impossible to sink. Sunbathe on the salt beaches and cover yourself with the world famous mineral mud found only in the Dead Sea.
Visit a Dead Sea products shop and treat yourself to some of their world famous beauty products. On the way back, pass by the Qumran caves, where the Dead Sea scrolls were found and view Jericho the oldest city on earth.
At the end of the second day, you will be returned to your hotel pick up location.
You will be accompanied at all times by a bilingual licensed tour guide who speaks English and a second language. If you wish to request a specific second language please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
