This is possibly the biggest rock climbing cliff in Israel, and definitely the biggest and most famous in northern Israel. It is the most popular cliff among climbers, and provides insanely gorgeous views as you climb, and frequent sightings of animals and birds.
We start the day on a via ferrata (Italian for "road with irons"), a mountain route which is equipped with fixed cables. We hike along the top of the cliff on a very narrow ledge, attached with ropes to the safety cables.
This route ends in the middle of the cliff, and we rappel from there to the bottom, where we can choose from the many climbing routes for beginner to advanced climbers.
