Description
In this 3 hour tour we will focus in the "Jewish history" of the city - Tel Aviv-Yafo.

We will try to find out the importance for the revival of the Jewish orthodox world after the Shoah (Holocaust) and how Tel Aviv became the Jewish religious center for about 30 years.

With over 30 religious streams living in the city between 1950-to the early 80ies, including hundreds of small local "Shtiblech"(small synagogues) and "Yeshivot"(religious learning centers), Tel Aviv became the rescue place for the religious survivors besides New York after the 2nd world war and the slaughtering of the Jews in Europe and also for the new Jewish immigrants from the Arab countries.

In this tour we will find out about this fascinating not so not so known episode and also visit some known and hidden synagogues from in-and outside.

Besides this we will visit the place where the first Hebrew speaking school was founded and the the founding place of the idea of "Tora ve Avoda" This is definitely a different Tel Aviv tour !
